The first you need to check is if you have access to our feature Product Tracker.
When you have access to Product Tracker you can follow stock balance at your connect retailers. You find it under Product Tracker - Stock Balance. You can filter and see balance at specific retailers, stores and for a specifik product.
Customize your Stock Balance dashboard
Click on settings and choose what information you want to see on your Stock Balance dashboard. You can choose from the options that we propose.
Update information
Click on the button get stock to update the information. If any field is empty, your organization has not imported it when importing your article register.
