Upload master data

It is important to know that you need to upload the master data for the season or collection that you want to track. As time passes and your organisation creates new collections, you need to add these articles to Impulso as well if you want to track them. To start out, it could be a file with your NOOS collection and a file with articles for the current and upcoming seasons.

You also need to check that your article file contains the mandatory fields required for us to track your products at your retailers, analyze the data and upload the results in Impulso.

Style number (Format TEXT)

Style name (Format TEXT)

EAN (Format TEXT) the unique identifier

​Wholesale Price in your organisation currency (but it's recommended to add a wholesale price for each currency you work with), ie one of the following:

Wholesale price DKK ex VAT (Format Number)

Wholesale price EUR ex VAT (Format Number)

Wholesale price GBP ex VAT (Format Number)

Wholesale price NOK ex VAT (Format Number)

Wholesale price SEK ex VAT (Format Number)

It´s easy to upload master data.

4. The last step is to map your data against Impulso's mapping and headers. You select the header that is found under uploaded headers and that contains the data we enter in the Impulso headers field. Mandatory fields are marked with an orange asterisk symbol, but remember to upload as many fields as possible for best results.

If the Upload button does not become clickable, i.e. black. Does that mean you can't upload your master data?

The most common reasons are
​

1. You have not mapped all required fields

2. There is a wrong format on some of the columns in your file.
