Imported Products Page

This page shows a summary of the latest imported products that the stores have registered in their POS systems. You can use the filtering options at the top to select a different timespan than the preselected 30 days, select specific stores or seasons in the dropdown, or search for things like a brand, category or style in the search bar.

The imported products are grouped by date, location, and brand, and automatically ordered by the latest date. Each row also has a quantity for both Articles and Pieces. The difference between these is that the article is a specific type, for example a red t-shirt in size XL of a specific style. Pieces tell you the quantity of articles that have been imported. For example, if a location imports products of 10 of those red t-shirts in size XL, Article would be 1 and Pieces would be 10.

If you want to order them another way, click on the small icon right next to the column header for the column that you want to order by. Click again to switch between ascending and descending ordering.

If you want to see more specifically what has been imported, you can download the specification for each day that has had an import by clicking on Specification (.xlsx) in the Download column for each row. This will give you an excel file containing exactly what articles have been imported on that date by that store.
